Calm Birth - During this thorough 5-week class, we focus on strengthening understanding of how the body works during labor, and what to do and when during labor, working with your body, and the movements your baby needs to make on the way into your arms. This promotes a greater sense of confidence and joy and smoother flowing labor. We cover, in detail, "must need to know's" before, during, and after labor to set expecting parents up for the best possible start with their precious little one!

EMPOWERED BIRTH + POSTPARTUM Childbirth Education
EBP education series answers all of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum questions, preparing you for the exciting road ahead. We cover all things to expect late in pregnancy, what happens during labor, comfort measures, tools, and resources to help you achieve your desired birth experience. How to Have a Better Birth
This class is designed for families who have experienced birth in some capacity before, but are looking for a better birth outcome, or who just need a refresher.
